charges are based on standard USPS rates.
Return
Policy
EXCHANGE
- All claims of damage, defective, missing items
or shipment errors must be made within 14 days of receiving the
shipment. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping
costs and insurance if they must return the unit for exchange. Fire
Smart Kids will not be held liable to reimburse any return shipping cost.
- No cross-shipping items. We will not ship out
any exchange item until we have received the return item.
RETURN
PACKAGE
- All returned merchandise MUST be received
within 10 days from notice of return.
